The village of Madulijhar, located in the Howly region, is home to various communities that are bound together by strong social ties.Madulijhar village has carried its name for approximately 130 years. Initially situated near Chakchaka in Sarbhog, this village, which started with just one or two houses in the Howly area, eventually became known as 'Madulijhar' over time.
There was a courageous young man from Madulijhar near Sarbhog named Maloram Kalita, affectionately known as Muli Kalita. Despite the dangers of the surrounding jungle, this brave young man dared to live alone in this perilous area, demonstrating remarkable bravery.
